How to Install Purpletree SMS Extension in OpenCart 4

Enhance your OpenCart store by integrating the Purpletree Send SMS extension. This extension allows you to send notifications via SMS, providing an additional layer of customer engagement. Follow these steps to install and configure the extension on your OpenCart version 4 platform.

Step 1: Log in to OpenCart Admin

  • Start by logging into your OpenCart Admin Panel with your credentials.

Step 2: Upload the Extension

  • Navigate to Extensions > Installer.
  • Click the 'Upload' button (marked with a Blue Arrow) and select the extension file named purpletree_sendsms.ocmod.

    • Scroll down to the "Installed Extensions" section on the same page.
    • Locate Purpletree Two Factor Notification and click the green button to begin the installation process.
    • Once completed, a message will appear: "Success: The Extensions installed!"

  • Go to Extensions > Extensions > Module.
  • Find SMS Settings and click the green plus icon to install it.
  • Wait for the installation to finish.
