The setup process of Purpletree Store Survey extension

When you can click on Purpletree Survey menu, you can see two options Survey details and Survey Report. In the survey details option, you can add a survey question for the customer survey and In the Survey report, you can see customer survey result in form of chart and report.
Set survey link in account layout
Go to the layout page select the account layout and click on the edit button. After that, you will reach on account layout edit page. Here you can find column Right and click on add module button and select Purpletree Survey with the help of modules dropdown list. Thereafter click on the save button.
Add New survey question
First of all, click on Purpletree Survey after that select Survey detail and click on it. After that, you will reach on the Survey detail page where you can add a new survey question, delete survey question and edit available questions in the question list. To add a new survey question click on add new button, the button looks like the plus symbol. After click on add new button, you will reach on add survey question page here fill require detail and click on save button.
Delete survey question
First of all, click on Purpletree Survey after that select Survey detail and click on it. After that, you will reach on Survey detail page. Select the survey question by using the checkbox on the survey list page and click on the delete button.
Edit survey question
First of all, click on Purpletree Survey after that select Survey detail and click on it. After that, you will reach on Survey detail page. Select survey questions on the survey list page and click on the edit button. After that, you will reach on the Edit survey question page. Here you can change the question and click on the Save button.
How customer take a part in the survey
Customer login in store, Select survey menu clicks on the survey menu. The survey link presents below the account column right menu. After click on the survey menu customer reach on the survey page here fill all question answers by using option and click submit button to submit the survey form. If customers not interested in this survey, then click on the Not Interested button.
