Purpletree Software Refund Policy Explained
We offer a 15-day refund policy to protect our customers. If you buy one of our products and it doesn't work as shown in our demo or user guide, you can ask for a refund within 15 days of your purchase.
To get help or a refund, you must give us access to your website – like FTP, Admin, or Cpanel login. We need this to check and fix any problems.
When Refunds Are Given:

If the product does not work as described, and we can’t fix the issue, we will give you a refund.

If the product doesn’t work properly with your standard Magento/OpenCart following theme or template, we will fix the issue if you provide us with access to your website.

We can also give you refund as a credit, which you can use to buy another Purpletree product or service.
Refunds Are Not Given:

For any extra features that are not part of the original product.

If the issue is due to conflicts with other software or plugins/themes.

For custom work, installation, or consultancy services.
Our products usually work with all standard openacart or Magento themes. But if your theme causes a problem, just share access and we’ll make sure it works.
How to Request a Refund:

Share your website details and request.

You’ll get a refund within 5 working days, if it qualifies.
Important:

You must delete all copies of our product from your website/server.
