Manual / Automatic Product and Vendor Approval in Magento 2 Multi Vendor Marketplace
Magento 2 Multi Vendor Marketplace allows store admins to manage the approval process for both vendors and their products. This can be done either manually or automatically based on the configuration settings in the admin panel.
Manual Approval for Vendors and Products
By default, the marketplace allows admin control over the approval of vendors and their products. To enable manual approval, follow these steps:
Enabling Manual Approval
Navigate to Marketplace Configuration:
Go to Admin Panel > Marketplace > General Configuration.
Set Seller Approval Required to Yes.
Set Product Approval Required to Yes.
Save the configuration.
Manually Approving Vendors
Once manual approval is enabled, each vendor must be reviewed and approved by the admin before they can start selling.
Go to Admin Panel > Marketplace > Manage Sellers.
Find the seller that needs approval.
Click on Select > Approve this seller.
The seller will now be approved and can access their vendor panel.

Select the seller whose products need approval.
Click on Edit.
Navigate to Seller Product section.
Enable the desired products by changing their status.

Automatic Approval for Vendors and Products
If you prefer a fully automated process where vendors and products get approved instantly without admin intervention, follow these steps:
Go to Admin Panel > Marketplace > General Configuration.
Set Seller Approval Required to No.
Set Product Approval Required to No.
Save the configuration.
With these settings, vendors and their products will be approved automatically, allowing them to list products immediately upon registration.
