⚠️ Facing Seller Login Issues?

This may be caused by cron jobs in the demo setup. Here's how to fix it:

For Chrome:

  1. Open the demo site
  2. Click the  lock icon in the address bar
  3. Select “Cookies and site data” > “Manage on-device site data”
  4. Find and delete demo.purpletreesoftware.com
  5. Reload the page and try again

For Firefox:

  1. Open the demo site
  2. Click the  lock icon in the address bar
  3. Select “Clear cookies and site data…”
  4. Click “Remove” and reload the page
  5. Try logging in again
