Having Trouble Logging in to Seller Panel?

Due to demo environment cron job restrictions, some users may face login issues. Follow the steps below to resolve them.

For Chrome:

1. Open the seller demo link.
2. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
3. Go to “Cookies and site data” > “Manage on-device site data.”
4. Search for demo.purpletreesoftware.com and delete it.
5. Reload the page and try logging in again.
   
   

For Firefox:

1. Open the seller demo link.
2. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
3. Select “Clear cookies and site data…”
4. Remove all site data for demo.purpletreesoftware.com.
5. Reload and try again.
